Hi everyone, I’m Anchi Wu.
This year marks my tenth year with Huadong Amusement. Over the last decade, I’ve overseen a 100,000-square-meter facility and helped our products reach families in 80 countries. But in March 2023, my perspective underwent a quiet yet profound shift—it was the day I first truly engaged with AI.

Initially, I mistook ChatGPT for just another advanced search engine. However, once I began using it, I was struck by its potential. It wasn't just giving me answers; it was offering new ways to think. Since then, my team and I have been on a journey of exploration, integrating AI into everything from digital avatars to advanced manufacturing.

1. The Philosophy of Tools: Drills, CNCs, and Craftsmanship
There is often a worry that AI might replace the human touch. Personally, I see it differently.
When the electric drill was invented, it didn't put woodworkers out of business; it simply allowed them to build more efficiently. When CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines arrived, they didn't replace the carpenter; they empowered them to create intricate, high-precision designs that were previously impossible.
To us, AI is simply the "high-tech drill" of our generation. It is a tool that helps us better serve you, not a replacement for the heart we put into our work.

2. Digital Avatars & Global Connection
Serving 80 countries means we are constantly communicating across time zones and languages.
Digital Humans: We needed a way to provide high-quality video explanations for our products, but finding a professional presenter available 24/7 was a challenge. We turned to AI Digital Humans—lifelike digital figures that can speak multiple languages with natural expressions. We currently utilize technology from Wanhsing to bring these "digital ambassadors" to life.
Refining Communication: We use AI to ensure our technical documents and website content are clear and accurate for our global friends. We even use it to create English reading materials for children, helping us stay connected to the perspective of the kids who play on our equipment.

3. AIGC & 3D Printing: Turning Dreams into Reality
This is where we’ve invested the most heart and soul: AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content).
The Creative Process: We ran thousands of Prompts—the specific instructions we give to AI—through tools like Midjourney to explore new playground aesthetics.
The Bridge to Reality: While AI can generate stunning, "biomorphic" (nature-inspired) designs, many are too complex for traditional manufacturing. By combining these AI inspirations with 3D Printing and CNC processing, we’ve found a way to make the impossible possible.
Looking Ahead: After months of internal testing, we are nearly ready. In a few months, we will officially begin mass production for these futuristic, AI-inspired designs.

4. Honest Reflections: Learning from the "Glitches"
In the spirit of being "old friends," I should be honest: the road hasn't always been smooth.
AI Hallucinations: When testing Agents (AI assistants designed to handle specific tasks) or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation—a way for AI to "look up" facts in our company files), we still encounter "hallucinations". This is when the AI confidently states something that isn't quite true.
The Future Solution: I recently watched a talk by Jensen Huang of NVIDIA, who suggested that integrating enterprise storage directly into AI chips might eventually solve these memory and accuracy issues. For now, we remain curious learners, waiting for the technology to mature while testing tools like Coze and Dify.
5. Why I’m Sharing This
I am writing these CEO Notes because I want you to know the "why" behind what we do. We aren't just selling slides and swings; we are constantly learning and evolving so that we can deliver more joy, more safely, to every corner of the world.
If a tool helps us care for our customers better, we will study it deeply. If it’s not ready yet, we will watch and wait for its development.
Thank you for being part of this ten-year journey with me. I look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
