        As the Year of the Dragon brings full blessings and the Year of the Horse gallops toward a new journey, I step away from the busy production frontline to sit down and share some in-depth thoughts on "amusement manufacturing" with all of you on this joyous occasion of the Spring Festival.

I. Year-End Notes: The Generational Leap from "Paper-and-Pen Imagination" to "Digital Systems"
        Looking back at the amusement industry, earth-shaking changes have taken place over the past ten-plus years. In the past, we relied on paper, pens and imagination to outline blueprints—it was an era of "empiricism", where the birth of a product often depended on the craftsman’s intuition, lacking the support of precise data. Today, we have powerful 3D rendering, 3D modeling and various digital design systems. This progress has greatly enriched visual expression. But it also brings us a profound question: Between the gorgeous light and shadow and complex physical manufacturing, how should we find our own positioning? If we do not figure out the differences between today’s products and the past, we will get lost in the tide of the times.

II. In-Depth Popular Science: 3D Design is Not Only a Visual "Skin", but Also a Survival "Simulation"
        Many friends will subconsciously think that "once the picture is drawn, the product is finished" when they see exquisite renderings. Here, I would like to give a popular science for friends who are not proficient in 3D design and structural mechanics. Every part and every screw has its own coordinates in three-dimensional space. If this "skeleton" is built incorrectly or does not conform to the common sense of physics, the product will not stand at all in reality.

        2.Rendering (Skin): A Beautiful but Deceptive CoatThis is an emotional beautification process, just like painting and lighting a rough house. A good-looking rendering often creates an atmosphere through fictional light sources and filters. But we must be vigilant—sometimes, exquisite light and shadow will cover up structural hidden dangers instead. Rendering software can ignore gravity and even make parts float, but the physical world cannot.

        3.Manufacturing Logic (Soul): The Only Path to RealityReal 3D design must take into account the real delivery boundaries. It only takes a few seconds to draw a cool curved surface on the computer, but can our CNC machine tools bend this angle in the workshop? Can traditional welding processes achieve this precision?More importantly, we need to measure the "cost of solving problems". In a modern factory, every minute of machine operation and every hour of the technician’s mental work are extremely precious production resources. We do not advocate using extremely expensive machine investment or consuming the technician’s mental work for days and nights to solve a small problem that is insignificant or even not worth solving for the user experience. This kind of behavior of "pursuing CNC just for CNC" is not only a waste of talents’ intelligence, but also leads to an irrational surge in production costs, and these unnecessary expenditures will eventually be reflected in the price. An excellent manufacturer should find the technical path with the highest "input-output ratio" on the premise of ensuring safety and beauty.

III. Rational Choice Between Aesthetic Diversity and Industrial Efficiency
        Beauty is an extremely subjective proposition. Having served more than 50 countries around the world all year round, we have learned to respect every culture. As we have observed: in today’s mobile phone and automobile industries, almost most brands can produce very beautiful casings. In the era of modern industry we are in, it is no longer difficult to simply pursue visual "gorgeousness".When the aesthetic premium gradually gives way to industrial efficiency, our value turns to "collaborative efficiency". For some technologies with extremely high R&D costs and mature and reliable paths in the industry, we do not advocate blind repeated R&D, because repeated R&D often means that customers need to pay higher time and capital costs (unless the price is too high or there is a disguised monopoly). What we cherish more is the "in-depth communication" with you: we share the process boundaries of the factory, and you share the cultural sense of the market. As partners, we use more rational cost schemes to achieve beauty with more landing value.

IV. Safety Bottom Line: Responding to the Nature in Playgrounds with "Awe"
        Under the formulation of the latest national standards, there are more definite and strict requirements for the safety of amusement equipment. As a participant and firm implementer of the standards, Huadong will spare no effort to implement every safety indicator.However, we deeply understand that laboratory data cannot fully replicate the real world. In practical application, it is inevitable that children will play "illegally" on every set of products we produce and every venue we build—there is no way, this is children’s nature. They may try to climb from the outside of the slide or jump on the edge of the designed load-bearing range. As manufacturers, we cannot hope that all children will play according to the "instruction manual", because the playground itself is a place to release nature, and illegal play is almost an inevitable normal state.Therefore, we need to use this "awe" to promote production: predict these "natural behaviors" in the design stage and try our best to minimize risks. We not only need to meet the standards, but also think about extreme situations beyond the standards. At the same time, we also sincerely call on terminal operators to strengthen daily maintenance and supervision. Our goal is to hold the red line of no serious injuries even when children release their nature.

V. Inclusive Amusement: The In-depth Value of Playgrounds as "Small Societies"
        All these insistences on design ultimately return to our pricing philosophy for products. The cornerstone of our pricing has always been the "reliability of structure and materials". Even when the product reaches the scrap life, the core structure must be stable.The playground is the first "miniature society" that children step into, where they learn to socialize and temper their courage for the first time. If amusement facilities become expensive luxury goods, this right to grow will become unequal. This process cannot be completed by pressing a "print button"; it requires precise coordination of all links of the factory.
