In response to the climatic characteristics of Xinjiang, such as large temperature differences between day and night and long winters, the R&D team of Huadong Amusement spent 18 months in concentrated efforts to successfully develop a highly weather-resistant composite slide structure. By utilizing military-grade polymer materials and intelligent temperature-control coating technology, the equipment can maintain optimal performance in extreme environments ranging from -30℃ to 45℃, offering a dual experience of "cool water play in summer and thrilling sliding in winter." The project leader stated, "This slide breaks through the seasonal limitation of traditional water-based equipment, enabling year-round operation for the scenic area. It is expected to increase the annual visitor flow by at least 40% for our partner."
Perfectly Integrating Safety and Fun to Create a New Paradigm for Children's Entertainment
The combined slide features eight major functional modules, including spiral chutes, high-speed plunges, wave tracks, and more, offering 12 fun play combinations through fluid dynamics simulation design. The equipment is specially equipped with an intelligent sensing system that monitors sliding speed in real-time, paired with a 360° circular buffer device, ensuring safety while delivering an exhilarating experience comparable to a roller coaster. The equipment utilizes food-grade eco-friendly materials and has passed the EU EN1069 safety certification, with a service life of over 15 years. At the acceptance ceremony, a relevant leader from the Manas County Cultural and Tourism Bureau emphasized, "The implementation of this equipment marks a significant advancement in Xinjiang's cultural and tourism equipment manufacturing capabilities, placing it at the forefront nationwide and providing crucial support for building a 'renowned Silk Road tourism destination.'"
